In order for us to successfully manage your requests and ensure optimal follow-up, you are requested to use our online tenant portal that is now available to you:

Click on "Register"

Click on "I am a tenant, condo-owner or concierge"

Enter your email address :
- A password reset link will be sent to you by email.

➡ Once you have created your password, access your Tenant Portal.

How do I open a request?

    1. Menu : Tickets -> + / Create a ticket
    2. If you rent several properties è Select the one concerned by your request
    3. If there’s some, the list of tickets in progress will be shown. Select create a ticket
    4. Select your « Ticket Type » = which item is concerned
    5. Select a « Tag » = specify the element concerned with a keyword
    6. Select a « Location » = where (at home, common areas, …) and specify which room
    7. Fill in « Description» = explanation of your case
    8. You can attach up to three photos if necessary
    9. Click Send -> IT’S DONE
